FAQ

This is a thing that should exist, right? Nobody asked these questions, but maybe it's just because they didn't know they could! Regardless, here's some answers.

What is your release schedule?

As of right now, I am planning a book a year!

2025: 90 Day Leap - Book 1 of Staten Bells (Out now!)

Fall 2026: Sinful Mission - Book 1 of Sinful Duet

Spring 2027: 180 Day Fall - Book 2 of Staten Bells

2028: Book 2 of Sinful Duet (Title TBA)

2029: 365 Day Crawl - Book 3 of Staten Bells

why are you working on two different series at the same time?

I love to read a variety of subgenres of romance, so I figured why not also write multiple subgenres? Because Staten Bells and the Sinful Duet are so drastically different from one another, I want to alternate my release schedule to better cater to my entire audience, not just a portion of it. This way, as well, I am able to work on a fluffy when the dark gets to be too much or I can stab people (fictionally) when the fluffy is too cheery.

Why are your ebook(s) only available on amazon?

Because I am registered with Kindle Unlimited, this puts me in a contract so that my ebook(s) are only available on that platform. If I were to have ebooks available anywhere else, this would void my contract with them. This is one way pirating really hurts indie authors. Unfortunately, Amazon holds the largest monopoly for authors to be able to reach readers. One day, I hope to be able to sell either direct with me (with a free ebook given when a physical is purchased) and in indie bookstores. For now, I have to stay in the realm of what works and what will be profitable.

I'm a parent, are your books suitable for ages under 18?

I am not a parent, so ultimately I can't decide that for you. What I will recommend is that you read over the trigger warnings for my work and decide from there. My parents were just happy I was reading, but I understand not all parents share that mindset. Ultimately, my work is intended for 18+ readers.

How can I support you and other indie authors?

There are so many ways you can support us! The biggest one will always be leaving reviews. The top two places to leave them are Amazon and Goodreads, but reviews literally anywhere are always helpful and much appreciated. Now, as an over consumer myself, take my next tip however you want. My favorite way to support my peers is to read on KU first, then purchase the ebook and/or physical. These are trophies. Who doesn't love trophies?

6

How can I become an alpha/beta/arc reader?

The best way to find out when I am needing any of these is by signing up for my newsletter! That is the only way to find out when I am specifically looking for alpha and beta readers. When I am looking for ARC readers, I will send out information on that before I post to my socials, but make sure you are following me over there, as well!
